24 Hour Online ITIL Helpdesk

Every customer has their own corporate log-in identity for our ITIL compliant helpdesk, with as many individual staff log-ins as are needed. Nominated supervisors manage all logged incidents, meaning that you are always kept up to date on the progress of each of them. All incidents are flagged for our Microsoft-certified engineers, and our helpdesk ensures that they are dealt with according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) that you have agreed with us.

Onsite and Remote Support

Our tailored IT support contracts offer a mix of onsite and remote IT support – all you need to decide is which contract best suits your requirements. Using remote IT support (telephone and email) results in more than 85% of incidents being resolved in less than 10 minutes, and if your incident requires an onsite engineer you can be sure that we will provide a skilled, experienced engineer promptly.
